These terms are the rules for using hofwell.com and buying from us. Hofwell is a brand of Hofway LLC ("we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've kept them as plain as we can.
1. About our product
Hofwell Nail Renewal Cream is a cosmetic product. It softens thick, hard nails and improves how they look. It is not a medicine. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including nail fungus or other infections.
If you have diabetes, poor circulation, numb feet, or a nail or skin condition, please talk to your doctor or podiatrist before using it. Don't use it on broken, red or infected skin. If your skin stings or turns red, stop using it for a few nights. Keep it away from children and out of your eyes. For external use only.
Results vary from person to person. The information on our website is for general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a visit to your doctor.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to order. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. You'll see the full price, shipping and any tax at checkout before you pay.
Every order is a single payment. There is no subscription, and we never charge your card again unless you place a new order.
We try hard to keep prices and details correct. If we make an obvious mistake, like a wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll always tell you first.
4. Special offers
Our Black Friday prices and free shipping on every pack end on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. After that, our normal prices and shipping prices apply. Offers can't be combined unless we say so.
5. Our 180-day money-back guarantee
Every pack comes with our 180-day money-back guarantee, even if the jars are opened or empty. It is limited to one refund per customer (per person, household or shipping address). The full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Shipping
How and when we ship is explained in our Shipping Policy. Once your package is delivered, you're responsible for it. If it's lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
7. Using our website
Please use our website in a fair and lawful way. Don't try to hack it, copy it, or use it to send spam.
Everything on our website, including words, photos, designs and the Hofwell name, belongs to Hofway LLC or the people who gave us permission. Please don't copy it without asking us.
Our website may link to other websites, such as research articles. We aren't responsible for what's on those websites.
8. Reviews, comments and photos you send us
If you send us a review, a comment, a story or a photo, you agree that it's honest and that it's yours to share. You give us permission to show it on our website, in emails and in ads, with your first name, last initial, age and city or state. We'll never show your full name or address without asking you first. You can ask us to take it down at any time.
We don't pay for reviews or only show the good ones. If we ever give someone a free product or payment, we'll say so next to what they wrote.
9. Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to make a good product and a good website. But as far as the law allows:
- We provide our website "as is." We can't promise it will always work without errors.
- We aren't responsible for indirect losses, like lost time or lost income.
- If something goes wrong with an order, the most we will owe you is what you paid for that order.
