Black Friday: free shipping on every pack, even 1 jar. The offer ends Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 11:59 pm Eastern Time.
When your order ships
We ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays.
When it ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
How long delivery takes
Most orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days after they ship.
Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Busy times, like the holidays, can add a few days.
Normal shipping prices
After the Black Friday offer ends, shipping costs:

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Buying for your mom, dad or husband? You can send it straight to their address. Type their name and address under Delivery at checkout. Your card's billing address can be different.
If we can't ship on time
If something delays your order, we'll email you right away with a new ship date. You can then choose to wait, or cancel for a full refund.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or your package says delivered but you can't find it, email us. Please check with neighbors and your mailbox first.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we'll send a new one at no cost, or refund you. Your choice.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address, we'll contact you to send it again.
